Ellie is a cloud-based data-modelling app (keywords: data vault, data warehouse, conceptual modeling). I provided manual, exploratory and regression testing for the web app running on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
Wrote and updated test cases; maintained Gherkin-based test scripts and feature stories.
Direct conversations with the designer and product owner about UX/UI issues.
Maintained Confluence documentation and changelogs, and did copywriting of feature descriptions — the dual track of finding what's broken and describing what works clearly.
