Hi — I'm Esa Ruoho, a Finnish software tester, automation builder and tooling developer who works by one principle: I find a pattern of manual labour, distil it to its underlying principle, and that principle becomes a tool.
I don't test from behind a wall and throw tickets over it — I sit between designer, developer and AI, write the spec before the code exists, build the simple fix locally and hand a senior a confirmed patch, and I won't call a build "done" if 150 tests pass but it still takes 17 clicks and looks broken.
