Esa has a relentless focus on SW quality. He worked successfully at our clients' manual testing assignments in an AI product scaleup company, big pay television network corporation and our own SaaS product for industrial video based remote support. Esa's drive for finding bugs as well as getting them fixed by developers is strong.
